OUTPUT LOOKS & STYLES

It’s all about establishing a common understating of how your output should look. We have defined specific level of variables for each photo (or a Matrix of variable). Thanks to this, we can communicate by discussing what level you prefer for the variables. To further simplify, we’ve made different presets, or our Styles (click here for more)

OUTPUT FORMATS

Through our experience and careful evaluation, we have determined that this is the most ideal format for photo output. The format offers the fullest quality and suitable for multipurpose usage. Output can be enlarged up to poster sizes and not too cumbersome to handle.

However, you can keep the file size as large as you want, for an extra fee of 1 photo-added-service charge = US $0.55 . As any larger size than our standard will significantly increase our production time.

PROCESS SUMMARY

TIPS ON PHOTO CAPTURING

Interior

Exposure Level: Balanced exposure is the ideal set up. Meaning we, as editors, have a mid-value system allow us to balance between high-tones and the dark tones. We always keep an eye on the histogram, therefore, light filling with flash or multiple satellite-flashes are always recommended.

Light control: Choose your prefer mix between flash, ambient light and that is best suited to the style you want for the output. See more on style description.

Format: set the camera to record for a set of one JPG and one RAW. This way we can have the JPG set directly to edit and a RAW to fall back on in other tricky circumstances

Exterior

Highlight the object: You should set the exposure to make sure the main focus object (usually the property or other outdoor attachments) are well lit. Remember that a burnt out sky can be easily replaced in editing. You are also recommended to shoot in dusk or dawn and turn on all the light of the house to match the brightness of the sky while provide a “romantic” atmosphere to the output.

Use a tripod: A tripod can keep you camera still during shooting process. It also make sure that your photos have a straight and level horizon.

Use a drone: Bird-eye views are always the go-to shot for any properties with nice surrounding landscape. Drones is a good investment.
