Correction and Amendment

Correction is applicable to cases where a clear quality/delivery deviation(s) is recognized and not in accordance with our service agreement, order description, our SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and/or reasonable expectations. By stating your comment with keyword “Correction”, the cases will be registered as an urgent fix and will NOT be charged.

Amendment refers to changes that are not included in initial order description. This will be charged as amendment fee. Trigger “Amendment” by commenting with the keyword.

Feedback means that you don’t need a correction, amendment or any work done, but have something that needs to communicate or discuss with us regarding your style, preferences or our services, SLA, workflow…

These feedbacks will trigger a systematic review of the issue(s). After that, we will take action to address the issue(s) and report back to you if it need to. Good feedbacks are always welcome, they will bring a “bonus” to the team that did your assignment. Include the keyword “Feedback” in your comment to trigger.
