This style pushes the potential of each image, while at the same time trying to keep the look relatively natural. We’ll add more light and neutralize most of the color-cast. The sharpness, contrast and the color intensity is kept at a medium level to maintain the universal look of the output. 

The input material should have a generally balances exposure, with a healthy combination of ambient and flash. Most of the light/ shadow dynamics will be lost in the editing. Ambient light exposure only might result in noise in the shadows.
