Additional Work Requests

For real estate photo editing service

Free of Charge

Additional work must be specified by writing the keyword on the order.

The work is free of charge only when you order it initially. Returning the order and requesting any of the services will be charged as Amendment.

Sky replacement

We will replace the sky from window view and interior photos with our collection of sky stock identified by different types and tones.

To order it please use the keywords: ** Sky replacement + Sky code (types) + Sky tone**

Or  **Original sky** If you want to keep the original sky and ensure no replacement is made

You can choose sky replacement but with “Operators Choice”, meaning: Our operators will choose the type of sky and the tone that would be the best choice for an image.

Renaming files

We rename the files on your request. The service is include in the price but needs to be ordered. Follow our keywords below or give us instruction on how to name your files.

Keywords:

  1. Descriptive naming: Renaming with numbers after the room type. Ex: facade02, livingroom01, livingroom02, etc.
  2. Numeric + Descriptive Standard 01: Renaming with numbers placed before the room type Ex: 20livingroom, 70bedroom, 80hallway etc.
  3. Numeric + Descriptive Standard 02: Starting with interior rooms on 20 and ending with exteriors on 90. Terrace, balcony starts on 3. Ex: 20livingroom.jpg, 70bedroom, 80hallway, 90facade, 91facade, etc. 

Black overlay on TV and add fire

Black TV overlay: We will make a black overlay on TV or display if requested.

Add fire in fireplace in unfurnished home: Our standards will not add fire to an unfurnished home but if requested we will proceed to add the fire accordingly.

Changing matrix level

Your editing profile and our default style have a default matrix setting. But you can change the level of any of the variables when you submit the order; views, color, vignetting or other.

Retouching include in the service

Retouching that does not need to be specified on the order and they are free of charge:

Blur number plates on vehicles

Remove dust from the camera lens

Remove people, camera equipment and reflections that are not obviously supposed to be part of the image. It can be the photographers shadow, visible tripod in oven door, mirrors, windows etc.

Remove obvious dirt

Add fire in a fire place in furnished rooms

Sky replacement on exterior images

Work with Extra Cost

These additional work is come with extra cost as they exceed our standard and require more work on it.

 

Express priority

For faster delivery. Turnaround time will be set to 6 hours maximum.

Cost: 1 Photo-added-service per complete image

Larger output size

If you want to receive larger files than 5500px on the longest side, 20MP. Cost 1x added service extra per output or as displayed on the order form.

Cost: 1 Photo-added-service per complete image

Boundary lines

Drawing boundary lines on drone images. We two options depend on the angle of the camera: 

  • Adapted lines = shot at an angle from the side – Cost: 1 Photo Credits for each image
  • Traced lines = shot straight down from above – Cost: 4 Photo Credits for each image

When order please submit the image and a map or link to map containing the boundary information. Also let us know the color and the photo to make the line.

Location pin

Add a Drop pin in your drone photos to show the location. Either use any of our pin types or send us a request together with a reference.

Cost: 1 photo credit per complete image

Superstack

More than 7 exposure for 1 output.

Cost: 1 Photo-added-service per complete image

Collage

A collage adds 2 or 3 images into one  in landscape format.

All images will be delivered as regular, stand-alone images with the collage as an addition.

Cost: 1 photo credit per 1 collage image.

Retouching require extra charge

Retouching that does not include in the service and charge extra cost when ordering

Simple grass or snow replacement,

Adding light to a spotlight when there are no such exposures,

Remove small objects as lamp cords

Multiple small objects removal such as leaves, cords, and cables

Extensive object removal where we need to built up part of the background, patterned surfaces etc
